EIFE wants to promote the idea that diaspora is an integral part of a nation’s wealth and it can play an important role in promotion of innovation and excellence.
Seeing the potential for collaboration between India and the EU in the area of skill development, a burning issue in both parts of the world, the EIFE has taken up skill development as its first major initiative. Besides, the EIFE will organise several events in diverse areas such as culture, business, social and political relations. As part of the EU India Skill Development Partnership Project, the EIFE has undertaken the mission of becoming a catalyst for the development of various key elements such as training, curriculum upgradation, certification as well as modernisation of skill development methodologies and other tools.
It is also mounting an exchange programme for internships between the two sides, in partnership with various schools and companies. EIFE is targeting to become the Platform for promotion and implementation of the project and for connecting stakeholders with each other.
